GoodProfile ("we", "us") is operated by TechNexusGen (technexusgen.com). This policy explains what we collect when you use goodprofile.in and how we use it.

What we collect

Account data — name, email, phone, and password (stored only as a secure hash). Profile & resume data — the details you add to your profile and resumes: experience, education, skills, photo, address, preferred locations and notice period. Employer data — company details and job postings. Usage data — pages visited and product events (e.g. job applications), via Google Analytics for Firebase.

How we use it

To run the platform: matching you with jobs, sending your applications to employers, letting verified employers find candidates, and emailing you one-time sign-in and verification codes. We never sell your personal data and we don't show ads.

Who sees your data

When you apply to a job, the employer sees your application, profile and the resume you attached. If you mark a resume as your main resume, employers searching candidates can view it along with your profile. Resumes are otherwise private unless you create a public share link — which you can disable anytime.

Sign-in with Google

If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google to create or match your account. We do not access anything else in your Google account.

Cookies & storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and Google Analytics cookies to understand product usage.

Data retention & deletion

Your data stays while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email support@technexusgen.com from your registered address and we'll process it within 30 days.
