About the role
Responsibilities Install and configure MK Soft ERP software at customer locations. Provide technical support to existing MK Soft ERP customers. Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions. Guide customers in using the ERP software and its features. Handle customer support calls and service requests. Identify and report software bugs/issues to the development team. Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution. Follow up with customers until reported issues are resolved. Maintain proper records of customer issues and support activities. Provide remote support when required.
