Balance
Suns and moons, three of each in every line.
About Balance
Balance is a binary logic puzzle in the Takuzu (Binairo) family. Fill every cell with a sun or a moon so that each row and column has three of each, and no three of the same sit side by side. An = between two cells means they match; × means they differ.
How to play Balance
- Fill every cell with a sun or a moon.
- Each row and column holds three suns and three moons, and no three alike sit side by side.
- = between two cells means they are the same; × means they differ.
Tips to solve it faster
- Two alike in a row force the next cells on both sides to be the opposite.
- Once a line has three suns, the rest of that line must be moons.
- Use the = and × clues early — they often start a chain of forced cells.
